Kristen and Ellen were a fabulous team that helped us find our house that we are in love with.  They took their time and listen to our wants and needs and got to understand our likes and dislikes and searched out houses that they thought we would be interested in.  They were very accommodating to our busy schedules and for me living in Chicago.  Initially we were not looking for a townhouse but as they got to know us more and heard what we liked and disliked in some of the homes we looked at they discovered a townhouse that checked all our boxes.  They were exactly right, and we absolutely love our new house and the community we are in. 

They were great in helping us provide individuals to do our home inspection.  They guided us and verified everything was in place when it came to the contracts and making sure we knew everything throughout the whole process.

Buying a new home is exciting but also a stressful process and Kristen and Ellen were always kind, thoughtful, patient and extremely reliable throughout the entire process and we would love to work them again and recommend them in an instant.
